Who We Are
Managing Director
Paige Witmer CPA CA is a professional accountant with fifteen years of experience specialized in US corporate reporting from foreign jurisdictions. Her range of hands-on experience includes large tech and venture capital, corporate audit, transaction services, public company reporting (PCAOB, FCA, CSA), off-shore financial services, mineral exploration and mining, pharma, and IT software and hardware development and production.
She is a Chartered Professional Accountant, certified by the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA) and the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants (CA), and holds a Diploma in Accounting from the University of British Columbia and a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in English Language and Literature from Queen’s University. She is a dual citizen of the United States and Canada. She has lived and worked in East Africa, Albania, the United Kingdom, the Caribbean, Canada, and the United States.
